* Some ISPs block certain ports to protect their network against spammers. Verizon, for example, blocks emails over port 25 unless they are being delivered to their own servers. If the first option for a port or setting fails, try the next.
** For outgoing mail, you must have SMTP authentication authentication enabled to actually send out email from our servers. We do not use POP-Before-SMTP authentication.
Some Notes:
Webtiva Hosting limits outgoing emails to 200 per hour per domain. If you need to send out more, for a newsletter for example, please contact support. We can temporarily increase your limit.
